When it comes to prostate stimulation, it’s not unusual for some people to feel little or no sensation initially. It often takes time for the gland to register any contact as sensation. In our forum you will often see this referred to as “awakening the prostate”. You mentioned having used your fingers in the past. Were you able to engage your prostate using this method?
