Based on our research and reports from customers in our forum, a side-lying position is the most effective for introducing the Aneros. Lie down on your right or left side and pull one knee up towards your waist. Both legs should be bent with one knee more so. Lying on one’s back is the next most popular starting position. standard USPS priority mail boxes and envelopes. The return address on the package will show “Warehouse.”

Our standard shipping is USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Package (USPS Ground) and does not require a signature. Your package can be left in your mailbox or at your front door. Express Mail International parcels require a signature upon delivery.

Aneros assumes no responsibility for lost shipments.

Yes, we ship internationally via DHL for a flat rate of $45 to Canada, and $60 to other countries we ship to.
