Vice 2

This is a quality piece of kit. The design is great, the shape is right and the interface with the controller is good. However, for me, even the lowest intensity setting is too strong. I’d appreciate something a lot more subtle.

and there should be FIVE STARS here. Because:

1. Even without a remote, this sucker is awesome.
2. The customer service response is quick - every time I emailed, they responded right away.

But ..

3. THE PROBLEM: I have three of these now (my original and two replacements from Aneros), and the remote controller works on NOT A SINGLE ONE. Right out of the box, not a single remote has functioned.

From the first model I bought, to the first replacement sent to me, to the second replacement sent to me - the remote controls don't even charge up properly. I plug the USB in, the charging light flashes, and eventually the charging light stops. I go to fire up the Vice 2, and the device itself works fine.

But the remote doesn't connect - it doesn't even turn on! The LED lights will flash if the ON button is pushed, but within a few attempts even that brief flash stops.

When I plug the remote back in, the 'charging light' flashes again as if the remote were never charged in the first place.

To Aneros' credit, I've been sent 2 replacements immediately. But at no point has any one of the now three remotes I have functioned.

I now have THREE Vice 2s without a functioning remote.

Not a complete loss because I'll just use one and have to change the speeds manually. And I guess I'll make two friends happy who are willing to do the same.

But ... as a product? Things don't function as intended - at all.

And I really really really want to be able to be able to do a 5 star review.

I bought my Vice 2 about 2-1/2 years ago and have loved every minute of using it. I recently bought the program ice and learned how to flex my pelvic muscles independently and the feeling was incredible. I then put in the Vice 2 and did the same technique and within 10 minutes, I had a Super-O that lasted almost a half hour. It’s all I can think about and all I want to do. Well done Aneros team!!!

I’m a non-vibrating massager lover at heart, but the Vice 2 is great fun! It certainly hits the spot for me. It’s great for a quick session and for when you’re feeling lazy!

Wouldn't turn on after fully charged. What a waste of time and money... (even have to spend money to return or replace)
